kunkigames.com collects as little as possible: no analytics, no tracking, no forms. This policy covers the little personal data that does pass through, and your rights. We are the data controller.

02What we collect and why

  • Server logs: our host records your IP address, browser, the page requested and the time, to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Emails you send us: your address, name if you give it and your message, so we can reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps towards a contract if you write about working with us (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The site has no analytics, advertising or social media trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own site. The copy-email button works entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us.

We do not sell your data or make automated decisions about you.

03Who processes data for us

  • Vercel Inc. (USA): hosts the website and keeps its server logs.
  • Google (Google Ireland Ltd and Google LLC): Google Workspace for our email inbox.

Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. When you follow a link to dose-game.com, Discord or X, that site's own privacy policy applies.

04How long we keep it

  • Server logs: kept by Vercel for a short time under its own retention rules.
  • Emails: as long as the conversation needs, then up to 2 years in case it continues, or longer where tax or accounting law requires it.

05Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it or to receive it in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to contact@kunkigames.com. We answer within one month.
